摘要
目的:建立复方神安颗粒中苦参碱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Dikma Diamonsil(钻石)C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(22∶78)(三乙胺调到pH7.5);流速1 mL.min-1;检测波长220 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μL。结果:苦参碱在2.08~10.40μg(r=0.999 6)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.51%(RSD2.0%)。结论:本方法操作简便,准确,重复性好,精密度高,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determination the content of matrine in Fufang Shen′an particles by HPLC.Method: HPLC with Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column was used.Acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(22∶78)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result: The linear range of matrine was 2.08-10.40 μg,the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 6.The average recovery rate was 100.51%,RSD was 2.04%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is suitable for the formulate of the quality standard with sufficient accuracy,stability and reappearance.It can be used for quality control in Fufang Shen′an particles.
