摘要
论述了ＺＢ４１０９絮凝剂的合成及在镇海炼化公司的应用情况，结果表明：ＺＢ４１０９絮凝剂在处理石油化工含油污水时表现出良好的适应性，其用量比无机聚合铝小１／３～１／４，产渣量减少３８％，出水油含量＜３０ｍｇ／Ｌ，满足了生化进水的水质要求。
The series of ZB flocculent and their complex formulation were studied in Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals. ZB4109 flocculent is successfully used for treating oil bearing wastewater for Zhenhai Refinery. It shows excellent demulsifying,flocculating performance and suitable for various kinds of oil wastewater. Less flocculent is needed and less sludge is produced than PAC. Treated water meets the requirement of biotreatment and can be further treated by biological process.
