摘要
目的:探讨胃肠舒促胃肠动力的作用机制。方法:选择SD大白鼠随机分为正常对照组、左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对照组、L-Arg加西沙比利组、L-Arg加胃肠舒组。除正常对照组外,其余3组ip盐酸左旋精氨酸,各组分别给等容积的受试药物ig,眼底球后静脉采血,放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素(MTL),硝酸还原酶法测定血清一氧化氮(NO)。结果:L-Arg加胃肠舒组较L-Arg对照组血浆MTL显著升高(P<0.05),血清NO显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:胃肠舒促胃肠动力的作用机制可能是通过升高血浆MTL和降低血清NO含量,使胃肠平滑机细胞内Ca2+浓度增加,Ca2+信号系统引发一系列生理功能,而促进胃肠平滑肌收缩效应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Weichangshu Tablet on gastric dynamics.Method:Fifty SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly:normal control,L-Arg,L-Arg and cisapride,L-Arg and Weichangshu.Except the normal control group,the other four groups were injected with L-Arg intraperitoneally.All animals were orally given the same volume of medicine.Motilin content in plasma was determined by radioimmunoassay,and nitrate reductase was used for detecting serum level of NO.Result:Compared with L-Arg,L-Arg and weichangshu could increase plasma motilin and reduce serum NO effectively (P〈0.01).Conclusion:The possible mechanism of Weichangshu Tablet for promoting gastrointestinal motility:It can increase plasma motilin and reduce serum NO, and these changes may increase Ca2 + and promote the contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle.
