摘要
分析了成像型激光告警系统中CMOS面阵探测器光敏区域的空间分布、光敏区域对激光成像光斑积分采样模型及光斑中心定位方法。阐述了CMOS填充因子、CMOS噪声及鱼眼镜头大视场引入的大像差等因素对光斑中心定位造成的误差,并根据误差理论进行了各种类型误差的合成,给出系统光斑中心定位的误差估算方法和公式。并通过仿真估算误差数据与实验误差数据的对比,验证了误差估算方法的有效性。光斑定位误差分析对CMOS探测器参数选择及系统的定向精度指标论证有参考意义。
In imaging laser warning system, the spatial distribution of the CMOS light-sensitive sensor array, the integrated sampling model of the laser spot, and the center-locating algorithm were expounded. And the factors, which may generate center-locating errors, such as CMOS fill factor, CMOS noise, and large optical aberration induced by the wide field of view of the fish-eye lens were analyzed. According to different kinds of errors, the synthetic error was given by the error theory. The estimated method and foumula of error for the center-locating were given. An experiment was carried out to verify the availability of the error estimation method by comparing the emulating estimated error and the experimental error. The analysis of spot locating error is significant for selecting the parameter of the CMOS detector and demonstrating the orientation accuracy of the system.
