Moria M2微型旋转角膜刀角膜瓣制作临床观察

摘要 目的探讨MoriaM2微型角膜刀制作角膜瓣的安全性。方法采用MoriaM2微型角膜刀为1118例(2183眼)行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)的患者制作角膜瓣。刀头选择130,终止环设定在7.5位置,吸力环根据角膜曲率查表选择。结果术中除1眼(0.05%)患者出现不全瓣,3月后再次手术;1眼(0.05%)患者因睑裂小配合差改做准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK),2眼(0.09%)出现游离瓣,2眼(0.09%)出现走空刀外,所有患眼均一次制作成功。结论MoriaM2微型角膜刀制作角膜瓣具有较高的安全性和有效性。 Objective To investigate the security making corneal flaps with Moria M2 micro-rotating microkeratome. Methods 1118 cornel flaps(2183 eyes)were made with Moria M2 microkeratome in LASIK. The 130-micron head option was chosen ,the stop-ring was adjusted to the 7. 5 mm position and the suction ring was chosen according to corneal curvature. Results All eyes of patients were successful through a surgery, in addition to one (0.05 % )patient with incomplete flap, the eye was reoperated after three months; 1 (0. 05 % )patient was converted into laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) due to poor co-ordination and a small palpebral fissure,2 eyes(0. 09% )appeared free flaps,2 eyes(0. 09% )appeared to go blank knife. Conclusion It is a high safety and effectiveness making corneal flaps with Moria M2 micro-rotating microkeratome.
