摘要
基于生态化化工工业园区的规划和建设,提出了全面"绿化"的理念,即对化工生态工业园区工业系统构建生态产业链(内部绿化)及园区环境景观布局(外部绿化)的规划设计。工业系统方面,针对典型的4个化工门类,分别给出了子系统产业链的构建模型;景观布局方面,创新性地提出了区带式与组团式结合的分区模式。最后把生态学理论和相应的化工园区典型特征结合,总结出规划化工生态工业园区总体步骤流程。
Based on the plan and construction to be made of the chemical eco-industrial park, a definition of general "virescence" which includes planning of both the eco-industrial chains (interior virescence) and the environmental arrangement ( exterior virescence) of ecosystem of chemical eco-industrial park is proposed. In the paper, various sorts of chemical industries are classified and constructed for the industrial sub-ecosystem. The distribution method of chemical eco-industrial park is innovatively proposed that combines the advantages of grouped distribution and zonal distribution of layout modes of chemical eco-industrial park. At last, five-step planning procedure is summarized based on the above planning ideas.
