摘要
目的探讨中枢协调障碍患儿的气质特征及早期教育的作用。方法采用carey儿童气质量表中4月~1岁儿童气质问卷对60例4~12月中枢协调障碍患儿进行测试,同月龄的正常婴儿作对照;并对其中的30例患儿进行早期教育,比较治疗前后的效果。结果中枢协调障碍患儿组消极气质类型检出率高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);在气质维度上,趋避性、节律性、心境、持久性、适应性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而活动水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);进行早期教育后,趋避性、节律性、适应性三个维度的得分明显下降,活动水平得分提高,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论中枢协调障碍患儿表现出一定的气质特点,根据其气质特点进行早期教育,对中枢协调障碍的治疗是有效的。
Objective To explore the temperament characteristics of central coordination disturbance(CCD) and effects of early education. Methods 60 cases infants of CCD were investigated by Carey's Revised Infant Temperament Questionnaires used for children aged 4-12 months and 30 cases of them took early education. The aged match normal infants were selected as control. Results It was showed that the negative temperament of CCD group was higher than that of control group. At the level of temperament dimension,the scores of rhythmicity、adaptability、mood、persistant and approach-withdrawal in CCD group were higher than that of the control group. But the activity level was lower in CCD group. 30 cases infants of CCD group taking early education had decreased scores in the following three dimensions:rhythmicity、adaptability and withdrawal. The score of activity level was higher than that before treatment. Conclusion It showed that CCD can exhibit the unique temperament characteristics in infant. working out more appropriate ways in early education according to CCD infant's temperament traits is effective to their treatment.
