摘要
目的观察自拟＂止咳颗粒剂＂治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床疗效。方法在中医辨证论治理论指导下,自拟＂止咳颗粒剂＂治疗门诊收集的129例气阴两虚、痰热内蕴型儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,均治疗3个疗程（共15d）。结果 129例中显效90例,有效29例,无效10例,总有效率为92.2%。结论采用自拟＂止咳颗粒剂＂治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿具有简廉效验,副作用小的优势。
Objective Observing the clinical effect of treating children＇ s CVA with drug granule of stopping coughing. Method Using the TCM theories of differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat the type of syndrome of qi and yin both asthenia and phlegm heat inside of 129 out-patient cases of children＇ s CVA with drug granule of stopping coughing, ＂all treated for 3 courses （ 15 days ） . Result Excellence in 90 cases, utility in 29 cases, 11 cases were inefficacious, the total effective rate was 92.2%.Conclusion The superiority of the better effect and safety of using drug granule of stopping coughing to treat children＇s CVA.
