摘要
在某工程现浇混凝土圆柱施工中,通过采用PVC-U型双壁波纹管做模板,解决了采用常规技术工艺施工所遇到的实际问题,不仅使混凝土圆柱轴线通直,尺寸准确,外观密实光洁,颜色均匀,达到了普通清水混凝土标准,而且还提高了工作效率,降低了施工成本。
In one project construction, the formwork of the cylindrical concrete column cast in place was made of double-wall corrugated pipe of PVC-U type, which solved the practical problems met in the construction by the routine techniques. It not only made the axis of the cylindrical concrete column straight, the size precise, the appearance dense and smooth, and the color uniform, which had reached the standards of ordinary plain concrete, but also it improved the working efficiency and reduced the construction cost.
