摘要
采用ＮＯＶａ－ｐａｋＣ１８色谱柱，以苯甲酸异戊酯为内标物对辛·硫丹混剂有效成分辛硫磷、硫丹含量进行高效液相色谱分析，辛硫磷、硫丹变异系数分别为０４２％和１１４％；线性相关系数分别为０９９９８和０９９９６；回收率分别为９９７％～１００４％和９９１％～９９８％。
A method for the determination of phoxim and endosulfan in EC mixture by HPLC using Nova-pak C 18 column and UV detector at 254nm was introduced. The coefficients of variation for phoxim and endosulfan were 0.42% and 1.14%,the recoveries were 99.7%～100.4% and 99.1%～99.8%, respectively.
