摘要
利用多弧离子镀技术在1Cr18Ni9Ti表面沉积Ti、TiN、Zr、ZrN、ZrN+TiN等涂层,并对涂层进行化学钝化和高温扩散等后续处理,然后分别在不同浓度的HCl、H_2SO_4溶液中作了腐蚀速率、腐蚀电流的测定,用扫描电镜观察了涂层腐蚀后的表面形貌,并对Ti系、Zr系涂层的耐蚀性及失效形式进行了分析.
The Ti、Zr、TiN、ZrN、ZrN + TiN coatings were deposited on the substrate 1Crl8Ni9Ti by the multi-arc ion plate technology. Later the coatings were treated by means of chemical passivation and high tempera-ture diffusion. The corrosion rates and corrosion current of the coatings were measured in 20% (wt) HC1 and 20% (wt) H2SO4 solutions. The surface morphology of the coatings which had been corroded were researched by SEM. The corrosion resistance and failure pattern of the Ti, Zr and their nitride coatings were also analyzed.
