摘要
目的了解农村基层医疗机构医院感染管理现状,提出改进措施。方法参照卫生部《消毒技术规范》等制定检查标准,专人负责检查。结果组织制度不健全占98.64%;知识测试合格率占25.70%、技能合格率为0;不符合医疗机构设置标准的占97.30%;抗菌药物使用率占65.68%,其中不合理使用率占69.32%、≥二联使用率为35.30%。结论农村基层医疗机构医院感染管理问题突出,应引起卫生行政部门足够重视。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of hospital infection management in rural grass-roots medical institutions and the corresponding to improving measures.METHODS We established some standard determination methods according to the standards of Technical Standard for Disinfection issued by the Ministry of health,and held people accountable for results.RESULTS In all of our subjects watched,the uncomplete supervisory system accounted for 98.64%,the eligible rate of theoretical knowledge test and skill examination was 25.7% and 0,respectively,97.29% of medical institutions didn′t meet the set standards,and the of antibiotic use rate was 65.7%,from them 69.3% were unreasonable,and 35.3% used more than one antibiotic.CONCLUSIONS Serious flaws exist in hospital infection management of grass-roots medical institutions,which must be paid enough attention by local health administration department.
