摘要 近年癌症患者治疗后生存率显著提高,但大剂量的抗癌药物治疗常对女性卵巢的结构、功能产生严重甚至不可逆损害,造成卵巢早衰及相关不孕。卵巢移植技术为失去卵巢功能的患者提供了新的恢复生殖功能和内分泌功能的方法。根据近几年国外对卵巢移植的相关研究,简要综述卵巢移植的分类、移植部位的血管重建及肿瘤再种植的风险,并展望其发展前景。 Ovaries are important organs of female reproductive and endocrine.In recent years,cancer survival rate significantly increased after treatment but the high-dose anti-cancer drug treatment can induce serious and even irreversible damage to women ovarian structure and function,which cause premature ovarian failure and associated infertility.Ovarian transplantation can restore reproductive and endocrine function.In recent years,according to foreign scholars research on ovarian transplantation,we briefly overview the classification of ovarian transplantation,the key factor of ovarian transplantation success,the vascular reconstruction of graft sites,and the risk of tumor replantation.Its development prospects is viewed.
