摘要
目的:对数字化X线摄影图像(DR)进行边缘增强处理能为临床医生提供更丰富的诊断信息,对帮助临床医生诊断疾病,特别是发现早期病灶具有重要的意义。为此,本文提出了一种基于非线性反锐化掩膜的DR图像边缘增强算法。方法:首先,应用S型曲线调整图像的对比度和亮度,扩展图像的有用信息,提高图像对比度,以突出感兴趣区域;然后,使用非线形反锐化掩模进行边缘增强,根据图像的灰度特性来调节具有增强作用的加权因数,可非线性地增强影像的边缘细节。结论:本文利用非线形反锐化掩模对DR图像进行了边缘增强,突出了图像的边缘细节,为临床诊断提供了实用的边缘增强效果。
Objective: In order to improve image quality, unearth decision-making information from the image, this paper pre- sents the contrast enhancement algorithm based on Radiographic Contrast-enhancement Mask (RCM). Methods: Firstly, Ra- diographic Contrast-enhancement Mask (RCM)was proposed to adjust image contrast and brightness by compressing dynamic range of images and highlighting region of interest in images. Secondly,Non-linearity Unsharp Mask (NLUSM)was proposed to enhance non-linear edge in images. Conclusions: Our method enhanced useful features and image details in DR images, facilitating clinical diagnosis.
