摘要
内伤咳嗽患者,一般都有积渐而成的痰饮宿疾,这与某一或某些脏腑功能失健有关。人体任一脏腑功能失健,都会导致水湿痰饮的发生。而最易引发水湿为患的是脾肾阳虚。心肝二脏一旦发生功能障碍,也会引起或是心火上炎、熏肺生痰,或是木火刑金、灼津为痰的病理变化而致咳。
The patient of cough with internal injury sometimes have retained phlegm that due to an or several organs＇disordered function.Any body organ＇s function disordered can lead to water-dampness and phlegm.The main reason that causing water-dampness is spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.The function of heart and liver once disordered also cause cough with heart fire flareing upward or wood-fire impairing metal leading to phlegm.
