摘要
证候诊断的客观化、标准化一直是制约中医药学科发展的瓶颈。在长期开展肾阳虚证定性和半定量化诊断的理论和临床研究的基础上,向全国23所中医药院校的中医诊断学专家发出了调查咨询,经统计、分析,重新确认了肾阳虚证在临床最常见的33个辨证因子,较以前的肾阳虚证诊断标准更为简便,具有更强的可操作性,同时结合专家意见对证候诊断中的疑惑和困扰提出了新的见解。
It is still a tough problem that how to objective diagnose Zheng.In view of study about kidney-Yang deficiency on theory and clinic level,This paper confirm 35 factor of differentiation of symptoms and signs about kidney-Yang deficiency by inquiring and consulting to TCM＇s specialist come from 23 institute and university of TCM in China.The diagnostic criteria is more convenient and reliability.
