摘要
中小企业是县域经济的支撑和吸纳就业的主要渠道。目前四川省近1/2的中小企业停留在低水平的劳动密集型产业,依靠技术创新、提高核心竞争力成为实现中小企业发展壮大的主要选择。分析了四川中小企业在技术创新中存在的创新意识淡薄、创新资金和创新人才缺乏、创新制度不健全等一系列问题,提出了增强技术创新观念、建立人才引进培养体系、选择科学自主创新模式、建立健全政策扶持体系等对策。
Small and medium-sized enterprise（SME） was the main source to support the county economy and absorbed the employment.Currently nearly half of the SMEs in Sichuan Province stayed in the low-skilled labor-intensive.Industries relyed on technological innovation to improve core competitiveness of SMEs was the main choice for SME.This article analyzed the conditions about consciousness,fund,a lack of talent of technology innovation about the small and medium-sized enterprise in Sichuan,and provided the countermeasures to enhance the concept of technological innovation,the introduction of establishing the personnel training system,selecting the scientific model of independent innovation,and stablishing the policy support system.
