摘要
针对红松母树林下刺五加资源,采用3种不同抽样方法——随机抽样、系统抽样和典型抽样,从数量估计、分布规律、地径结构和树高结构,以及地形因子对地径结构和树高结构的影响等几个方面进行调查分析。结果表明:不同抽样方法对刺五加数量有显著的影响,随机抽样精度最高;3种方法从样地尺度和单株尺度上证实刺五加是聚集分布;地径结构和树高结构规律相同,3种抽样方法均遵从韦布分布,虽然就坡位对地径和树高的影响,3种抽样方法并不一致,但地径和树高大小总体趋势仍为上部>中部>下部。
A survey on Acanthopanax senticosus resource in a parent stand of Korean pine was conducted by random sampling,systemic sampling and typical sampling. Sampling results were statistically analysed and evaluated in terms of quantity,distribution rule,structures of basal diameter and tree height structure,and effects of topographic factors on structures of basal diameter and tree height. Results show that sampling method has an obvious effect on quantity of A.senticosus,but the random sampling exhibits the highest degree of precision. A.senticosus is proved to be aggregated distribution on scales of single plant and plot. The structures of basal diameter and tree height are similar,which belongs to Weibull distribution. Although the effects of slope position on basal diameter and tree height are different for the three sampling methods,in general,the basal diameter and tree height of A.senticosus on the upper slope are highest followed by middle slope and lower slope.
