摘要 频综是微波系统的主要信号发生器,跳频电台、雷达等无线通讯系统都需要频综。随着频综需求量和复杂度的增加,设计高效的测试频综的设备是十分必要的。介绍一种将先进的计算机软硬件技术和仪器自动测量技术相结合来设计和实现微波频综测试仪(FSTI)的方法。测试仪以DSP和FPGA为核心搭建多接口可重用高速数据处理平台,软件采用模块化设计,C语言实现。结果表明,使用该测试仪器可使频综的测试效率提高30%,极大地减轻了测试人员的工作量,具有很强的工程应用价值。 The frequency synthesizer is the main signal generator of microwave system.Many wireless communication systems need frequency synthesizer,such as the tuned broadcasting station、the radar and so on.With the elevation of the frequency synthesizer demand and complexity,it is necessary to designe an effective measure the frequency synthesizer's device.A method to design and implement a frequency synthesizer test instrustment(FSTI)is introdued by advanced computer software and harware technology combined with instrument automatic measure technology.The hardware is based on FPGA and DSP as core,which supplies all kinds of interface to process test data.On this platform,the software is designed by C language with modularization.The results show that test efficiency is improved 30% and a great deal of test personnel's workload is reduced.The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
