摘要
通过Na+、Mg2+//Cl-、SO42-—H2O四元交互体系相图分析,获得了一种以盐湖沉积物和卤水为原料制取硫酸镁的方法,提出了工艺流程,并进行了物料计算和试验。结果表明,采用热溶-冷结晶-洗涤流程能够产出质量较高的泻利盐产品,其MgSO4质量分数为45.62%,泻利盐纯度以MgSO4.7H2O计达到93.41%。
According to quaternary reciprocal system phase diagram analysis of Na^+、Mg^2+//Cl^-、SO4^2--H2O,a kind of method of preparing magnesium sulfate by using salt lake sediment and brine as raw materials was obtained.On the basis of it,a technological process was put forward,and some material calculations and tests were carried out.The results showed that epsomite with the content of MgSO4 being 45.62 %,the purity of MgSO4·7H2O being 93.41 % could be produced by using hot-melting,cold crystallization,washing process.
