摘要
近年来,为更好地帮助贫困生能够顺利入学和完成学业,大多高职院校想方设法建立起"奖、助、贷、勤、补、减"多种形式并存的资助政策体系。然而,由于教育资源分配不均、高职教育发展程度不高等原因,高职院校贫困生资助工作仍存在家庭经济困难学生认定不准确、国家助学贷款缺失诚信、无偿资助缺乏激励教育功能等诸多问题。为促进高职院校助学工作的良性发展,相关部门必须遵循科学发展观构筑贫困生资助育人工作体系。
In recent years,in order to assist needy students to enter a school and complete studies smoothly,most of vocational colleges find ways to establish aid policy systems including ＂reward,grants,loan,diligence,subsidize,reduce＂.However,because of the uneven distribution of educational resources,and the low development of higher vocational education,the work of help and aid needy students in vocational colleges still have to face many problems such as confirmation of needy students is inaccurate,students loan missing integrity,lack of incentive function of free grants.To promote the work of supporting and helping needy students,the relevant departments should build the poor students aid and education system with the scientific development concept.
