摘要
本文以运营商全业务发展策略分析为基础,依据对IMS网络用户业务发展目标的研究,通过对IMS网络业务内涵、发展趋势进行分析,提出相关业务发展建议。
This paper first explains the strategy of all services operation. And then, the paper discusses the telecommunication operators how to set the target of the service of IMS network in the new competitive situation. Based on the above, the paper analyses how to develop the service of IMS network.
