摘要
介绍地面高速轮胎复合材料生热计算机专家系统。该系统在对不同规格、不同厂牌的轮胎进行大量测温试验及材料生热性能试验的基础上,利用轮胎材料生热性能和导热性能的研究结果,采用有限元法计算轮胎各部件在各种使用条件下的温度场分布,并进一步研究了轮胎生热与气压、速度及负荷等使用条件之间的关系。应用该系统有利于各种使用条件的合理匹配,确保轮胎正常使用。
A specialist simulating software system for speed tire compsite heat build up was described.The temperature profile of the various tire components at different conditions was calculated with FEM,and a further study was made on the relationship between the tire heat build up and the operating conditions,such as inflation pressure,speed,load and so on by using the software system based on the extensive temperature measurement tests and material heat build up and heat conductivity tests of the tires from different manufactures.The application of the system was beneficial to the reasonable match of various operating conditions and the normal service of tire.
