摘要
用抽气吸附法收集落叶松球果挥发性气味物质,通过GC─MS测定其主要气味的化学成分与含量,结果表明:α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、β-罗勒烯、水芹烯、3-蒈烯的含量在健康球果与受害球果气味成分上有明显差异。
The odorant substances of larch cone was
collected by blowing adsorption method. The main chemical composition and content of its
odorant was determined by GC─MS. By comparing the odorant content of healthful cone with
that of insect one, it is found that there are evident difference in α-pinene, β-pinene, β
-ocimene, phellandrene, myrcene and 3-carene etc.
