摘要
本文对水利可持续发展的必要性进行了分析,然后阐述了中国水土流失现状和水土流失对水利的危害,最后对水土保持在水利中的积极作用进行了探讨。
The paper gives the exploration on the necessity of water conservancy project＇s sustainable development,and elaborates the current condition of China＇s water loss and soil erosion and the hazard of water and soil loss to water conservancy. At last,the paper discusses the positive role of water and soil conservation in water conservancy.
