高职院校建立发展性教师评价制度的必要性与可行性

摘要 20世纪80年代末,以美英为首的发达国家开始推行发展性教师评价制度,有效地克服了奖惩性教师评价的弊端。因此,借鉴国外的先进经验,探索并建构具有高职院校特色的发展性教师评价制度已成为当前重要的课题。本文以发展性教师评价的涵义与特点为切入点,在对我国高职院校现行教师评价的弊端进行分析的基础上,探讨了在高职院校建立发展性教师评价制度的必要性和可行性。 In the late 1980s, the developed countries such as America and Britain put forward the developmental teaching evaluation system, it can overcome the disadvantages of the teacher evaluation system aiming at reward and punishment. So how to absorb the successful experiences in the developed countries and explore a new developmental teaching evaluation system with the characteristic of higher vocational and technical college has become a very important topic. The thesis first analyses the concept and feature of the developmental evaluation system. Based on the disadvantages of the present teacher evaluation, it goes farther into the necessity of establishing developmental teacher evaluation system, and points out the advantages thus brought forth. The thesis also probes into the feasibility of establishing the system and holds the view that there are some favorable conditions of doing so.
