摘要
随着改革开放和市场经济的深入发展,社会成员分化明显,在住宅商品化、市场化的推动下,社会成员有了自主选择居住地的可能,因此人们因组织资源、经济资源、文化资源占有不同而形成的社会分化,在居住区的选择上出现了明显分异,同一阶层的人们因需求相近而聚居于相同社区,在城市出现了社区阶层化趋势。社区阶层化是社会分层的外在表现,是社会发展的必然结果,但同时也可能带来阶层间的矛盾,所以社区服务必须具有更强的针对性,促进和谐社会的建构。
With the development of China＇ s reform and opening up to the outside world, there is an obvious stratification of social members who are likely to choose to live where they like to because of the promotion of commercial and market housing. People have obviously different choice of living quarters due to their different economic conditions, working departments and eultural backgrounds. Those who are of the same stratum will live in the nationhood because of their similar needs ; thus appears the trend of community stratification which is the manifestation of social stratification and the necessary result of social development. But it will probably bring about social conflicts in the social stratification. As a result, social service should be given in regard to this trend in order to promote the establishment of a harmonious society.
