摘要
运用典型相关分析对1996-2007年间中国高技术产业技术来源与高技术产业创新生产率分解的相关性进行实证研究,结果表明:样本期间我国高技术产业创新效率集中表现为纯技术效率和要素配置效率,规模经济对创新生产率的作用并不显著。外商投资企业R&D溢出是促进我国高技术产业技术创新的主要外部力量,在促进纯技术效率提升的同时可能会阻碍要素自由配置。直接引进国际技术不仅没能帮助技术创新能力提升,反而呈现出显著的逆向技术扩散。相比于技术引进,国内技术购买对高技术产业技术创新效率影响较小。在此基础上给出了对策建议。
Based on canonical correlation analysis,this paper empirically study the relativity during 1996 to 2007 between technical resource channels and decomposed performance of Chinese high-tech industry innovation.The results show Chinese high-tech industry innovation efficiency focused on pure technical efficiency(pte) and factors allocation efficiency(face) and the effects of scale were not working.The RD overflow of FDI enterprise is the primary external force of promoting technical innovation of our high-tech industry.We do not absorb the foreign advanced technology by Technology Import,on the contrary,reverse technical spread was remarkable.Comparing to technical introduction,the dependence on domestic technical is smaller.On the basis of analysis above,some suggestions are given.
