超声波作用下竹子硫酸盐法制浆

摘要 研究了超声波作用下的竹子硫酸盐法制浆,并与常规硫酸盐法制浆作比较。研究得到,超声波作用下竹子硫酸盐法制浆的最佳工艺条件为:碱用量(w(Na2O))17.5%,蒸煮时间120 min,超声波作用在蒸煮后期30 min进行。与常规硫酸盐蒸煮相比,优化后的工艺条件下,蒸煮的碱用量(w(Na2O))减少12.5%,省时20%,且得率提高11.12%,所得纸浆品质与常规硫酸盐纸浆相近。 Kraft pulping of bamboo under ultrasonic treatment was studied and compared with traditional kraft pulping.The obtained optimum process conditions for kraft pulping of bamboo under ultrasonic treatment was Na2O dosage 17.5 %,cooking time 120 min,and ultrasound initiating at the last 30 min of cooking.Compared with traditional kraft pulping,the dosage of Na2O decreased by 12.5 %,the cooking time shorted by 20 %,and the yield increased by 11.12 %.The properties of pulp obtained under ultrasonic treatment were close to that of pulp obtained by traditional kraft pulping.
