摘要
受市场竞争环境的影响,一所高校,特别是民办高校的社会影响力不仅仅体现在办学规模上,而且越来越多地和毕业生就业率及其就业去向(用人单位)紧密相关。西安欧亚学院工商管理学院在学院领导的大力支持下,根据市场变化,科学决策,积极实施明星企业合作计划:积极开发市场,主动联系寻找明星企业;满足企业需求,迅速适应明星企业;加强学生管理,不断协调与明星企业的关系;提升内训水平,促进学院各项改革;努力践行,共享合作成果。
Under the pressure from competitions in job markets, colleges, especially non-governmental ones, exert their influences upon the society not only from their school-running scales but from the employment rates and workplaces (job providers) of their students after graduation. With the help of its leading making organization, the School of Business Administration of Xi' an Eurasia University keeps on scientific decisions to be active in executing cooperation plans with star enterprises according to the changes of job markets, and have got some experience : to create cooperation with star enterprise by actively looking for job markets; to train students to be qualified for star enterprises by meeting the demands of enterprises; to help students get along well with star enterprises; to drive various reforms in the school by improving the level of practice on campus ; to share the cooperative results with enterprises through practice.
