行车液压制动系统是装载机的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣直接关系到装载机作业时的安全性、稳定性。轮式装载机铲装作业时往复运动的频繁性决定了制动的频繁性,装载机制动系统性能的好坏,关系到人身和财产的安全。作者对装载机行车制动系统进行全面的测试与分析,为装载机行车制动系统的设计、改进提供了充分的理论依据。
The service brake system is an important constitution of the wheel loader. The frequent reciprocating motion of the wheel loader decides the frequent brake, thus the performance quality of braking system is directly related to the security and stability. The service brake system of the wheel loader was tested and analyzed, some experiments on the brake system were made and some factors which influence the performance of the brake system were found out in order to improve the wheel loader brake system.
