摘要
起源于西方发达国家的金融危机,对我国经济发展形成一定的冲击,克服危机影响考验着政府的经济管理能力,在危机视阈下,反思政府的经济作用,厘清政府与市场关系,进一步构建理性政府经济行为,对我国经济健康有序发展有重要的理论意义与实践意义。
The finance crisis from western country has formed some influence to economic development of our country.The crisis tests the economic ability of the government.By reviewing economic function of government under the crisis background,we can distinguish the relation of government and market and build the rational behavior of government.The Self-examination has important theory sense and practice sense to order economic development in our country.
