摘要
在分析变量泵和直流电机数学模型的基础上,制定配备有变转速泵源的液压舵机的控制方案,建立泵源系统开环控制数学模型,设计基于DSP和PWM的直流电动机控制系统硬件电路,给出泵源控制系统的实验结果。研究表明:采用DSP控制技术可使泵源系统获得高精度、高可靠性的控制效果;采用变转速泵源后,液压泵的无效功耗有明显的下降,系统效率提高。
Based on the models of the variable pump and DC motor, the control scheme of the hydraulic steering actuator equipped with variable speed pump source was established. The mathematic model of the open loop control pump source system was built. The hardware control circuit of the DC control system based on DSP and PWM was designed and the experimental result of the pump source control system was given. The research results show that using DSP control technology can make system become more precise and reliable, the invalidated paver is decreased markedly after adopting variable speed pump source and the efficiency of the pump source system is advanced.
