摘要
把昆虫和鸟类的翼在空中张合和鱼的胸鳍在水中摆动进行类比,结合水下扑翼型推进鱼的原型,提出一种仿生扑翼型机器鱼的设计方案,利用机械、电子元器件或智能材料加入扑翼飞行器实现机器鱼的水下复合推进。设计利用曲柄摇杆机构实现扑翼运动,使用弹簧作为连接胸鳍与舵机的力传输元件,有效降低能量损耗;在尾部的沉浮舵通过拉杆产生倾覆力矩,在扑翼和尾鳍的推力作用下实现上浮和下沉。实验证明,这种机器鱼实现了预期的扑翼形式。
A design of bionic robofish with flapping-wing is present based on the bionics principle,which imitate the promoting principles of the wings of birds and insects and the crescent tail of fishes,the bionic robofish gets the stable swimming underwater uses the principle of flapping-wing aircraft,which ref-erence the promote mechanism of fishes and make use of the mechanical electronic components and smart materials.In this design,the flapping-wing movement is achieved by the principle of crank-rocke,the spring is used as the power transmission components of tail and steering gear in order to reduce the energy loss of movement;A rudder is used to generate overturning moment,which could achieve the floating and sinking under the thrust of flapping-wing and tail.This design is drived by the DC servo motor,the contin-uous rotation movement of crank is converted to complex movement of the ping fan and flip.Experiments show that the robofish with flapping-wing gets the desired performance.
