摘要
针对某小型钢框架结构的振动特性,基于非牛顿粘性流体模型,由磁流变液的物理性质,建立了磁流变液阻尼器的剪切应力模型,描述了磁流变液阻尼器的非线性特性,得到了磁流变液阻尼器的设计参数;利用制得的磁流变液阻尼器,对该结构进行了振动测试研究,结果表明,在使用制得的磁流变液阻尼器后,框架结构的第一阶振动幅度与不加磁流变液阻尼器相比,减小了42%,而且整个过程较为平稳,验证设计的磁流变液阻尼器的阻尼效果,为磁流变液阻尼器的设计提供了理论和实验依据。
Aiming at the vibration characteristics of a small type steel frame,based on the theory of non-Newton liquid,from the physical property of the magneto-rheological fluids (MRF),the shear stress model of MRF damper is built up and non-linear characteristics of MR damper is described,the parameter of damper is obtained;by the developed MRF damper,the vibration characteristics of the frame structure is studied,the results show:after fixing the MRF damper,the vibration response of the frame structure is decreased by 42% for the first mode,which validate the damping effect of the developed MRF damper,and provide the theorical and experimental proof for the design of the MRF damper.
