摘要
探讨人力资本价值对企业绩效的影响能否通过组织学习、组织创新的中介作用实现。将人力资本价值的衡量要素作为自变量,组织学习、组织创新作为中介变量,企业绩效作为因变量。以224名企业员工为研究样本,构建理论模型,对变量之间的关系进行定量研究。结果表明:人力资本价值的各要素通过组织学习、组织创新的中介作用正向影响企业绩效。
The thesis is mainly to discuss the question: whether the human capital value can affect the enterprise performance through the mediating effect of organizational innovation and organizational learning.The measure factors of human capital value are independent variables,organizational learning and organizational innovation as mediating variables,and the enterprise performance as dependent variable.224 employees were chosen as the research subjects,a concept model was established and the quantitative research method was used to analyze the relationship between the variables.The results show that the factors of human capital value had positive effect on the enterprise performance through the mediating effect of organizational innovation and organizational learning.
