摘要
通过对不同层次学生分阶段进行课后练习、实习前强化训练、开放实验项目的护理实验室开放,以提高实验室的利用率,增强实验教师的综合素质,锻炼学生的操作能力,培养学生的科研意识。
Practicing after-class for different level students, training before practice, opening experimental items help to improve laboratory utilization, enhance the quality of experimental teachers, train students in the operative ability, and cultivate their research awareness.
