摘要
目的探讨直接数字化X线(DR)胸部摄影质量及影响因素。方法对1000张DR胸部图像进行等级评定,调出非甲级片的原始数据,对其产生原因进行分析。结果甲级片率94.8%,非甲级片率5.2%,非甲级片产生的原因主要包括:摄影参数选择不合理;图像后处理技术应用不当;人为因素。结论 DR图像受多种因素影响,只有灵活把握摄影各环节的要素,才能获得优质的DR胸片,降低非甲级片率。
Objective To investigate factors of influencing imaging quality of DR chest radiography.Methods Imaging quality of DR chest radiography of 1000 patients was classified.Of all these DR chest films,raw data of no first-class chest film were elicited,and correlative factors influenced quality of chest film were investigated.Results Rate of first-class chest film and no first-class chest film was 94.8% and 5.2%,respectively.Factors produced no first-class chest film included inconsequential selection of radiographic parameters,improper post-constructive techniques of image,and man-made cause.Conclusions Imaging quality of DR chest radiography were influenced by multiple factors.If all sorts of factors influenced image quality of the DR system in chest radiography can be correctly holden,high-grade imaging quality of chest film can be obtained,and rate of no first-class chest film can be reduced.
