摘要
目的探讨硝酸异山梨醇酯联合呋塞米对过量性肾上腺素引起的大鼠肺水肿的影响。方法将24只SD雄性大鼠随机分为4组,分别注射生理盐水、肾上腺素、肾上腺素+酚妥拉明、肾上腺素+硝酸异山梨醇酯+呋塞米,观察用药前后呼吸的变化,动物死亡后取完整肺脏称重,计算大鼠肺系数,光镜下观察肺组织病理形态变化。结果与生理盐水组相比,肾上腺素组用药后的呼吸频率先变慢后加快,肾上腺素+酚妥拉明组、肾上腺素+硝酸异山梨醇酯+呋塞米组用药后的呼吸频率有所加快。肾上腺组大鼠肺系数均值显著大于生理盐水组,硝酸异山梨醇酯联合呋塞米组肺系数均值显著小于肾上腺组。大鼠组织切片病理观察,酚妥拉明、硝酸异山梨醇酯+呋塞米均在一定程度上缓解肺部水肿。结论过量性肾上腺素可以引起急性肺水肿,快速给予硝酸异山梨醇酯联合呋塞米可以有效缓解肾上腺素引起的急性肺水肿,本实验结果对临床上过量性肾上腺素的治疗有一定的指导意义。
Objective Nitric acid esters into different sorbitol joint frusemide in excess of epinephrine causes the influence of rats pulmonary edema. Methods Will 24 SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with injected saline, adrenaline, adrenaline + completed the polyphenols, adrenaline + hno3 vision sorbitol ester + frusemide, look around the change, the animals die breathing after complete the lungs, weighing rats were observed under microscope, lung coefficient of lung tissue pathology change shape. Rusults Compared with normal saline groups: epinephrine group after the first after breathing slowly up, Epinephrine + phenolic group, completed the adrenaline + hno3 vision sorbitol ester + frusemide group after the ventilatory frequency somewhat faster. Adrenal rats than mean pulmonary coefficient of normal saline groups, nitric acid esters vision sorbitol joint frusemide mean significantly less group lung coefficient of adrenal group. Rats biopsy pathology, observe the vision, nitric acid completed sorbitol ester + frusemide are in a certain extent, alleviate pulmonary edema. Conclusion Excessive adrenaline can cause of acute pulmonary edema, rapid nitric acid esters vision sorbitol joint frusemide can effectively relieve epinephrine causes acute pulmonary edema, and the experimental results of clinical treatment of excessive adrenaline has certain directive significance.
