摘要
依据中国医院管理学会对全国326所医院问卷调查结果,分析发生医疗"纠纷"的诸多因素及引发医疗"纠纷"的特点。提出医院作为提供医疗服务的主体,提供全程优质的医疗服务,制定并强化防范措施,对避免、减少、化解医疗"纠纷"是十分重要的,作为医务工作者承担着不可推卸的责任。
Analyze factors and reasons of the medical disputes on the basis of questionnaire investigations among 326 hospitals in China.As medical service provider, hospitals are responsible of providing excellent service, formulating prevention measures and avoiding, decreasing, dissolving medical disputes.Medical staffs can never shirk their responsibility.
