In the novel,A Dream of Red Mansions,the author depicts a series of female characters with wisdom and beauty,but each with her own distinct personality.Then who is the best manager？ Who is the best colleague？ Who is the most promising？ Three characters-Wang Xi-feng,Xue Baochai and Jia Tan-chun have been analyzed from the angle of profession.
