摘要
目的观察调肾清肺法对多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的影响。方法对53例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为中药组(调肾清肺中药)、西药组(达英35),治疗3个疗程后,比较治疗前后其性激素及卵巢形态的变化。结果中药治疗前后,性激素水平异常情况明显改善,P<0.05。结论调肾清肺中药能有效改善多囊卵巢综合征性激素异常状态,疗效与西药达英35相当,未发现明显的副作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of method regulating kidney and clearing lung in the treatment of hyperandro-genism caused by poIycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.METHOD 53 PCOS patients are randomly divided into two groups,one is treated by Chinese medicine （using Chinese herbs that can regulate kidney function and clear lung fire）,one by western medicine （using Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets）. After three courses of treatment, the level of sex hormones and the shape of ovary are compared to see if there are any differences before and after treatment. RESULT For the group treated by Chinese medicine, an obvious improvement has been identified for cases with abnormal condition of sex hormones, P〈0.05. CONCLUSION Herbs with the function of regulating kidney and clearing lung can effectively improve the abnormal condition of sex hormone caused by PCOS, and its curative effect is similar to those using Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets.
