摘要
目的观察肝纤维化大鼠不同阶段血液流变学与血瘀表征变化规律,探索肝纤维化与血瘀的相关性。方法利用四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化,于造模后2周、4周、7周检测全血黏度、血浆黏度,利用伊文思蓝染色观察血瘀表征。结果与正常组比较,随着造模时间延长,全血黏度逐渐增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),血浆黏度先增高后有降低趋势(P<0.01),血瘀表征分级逐渐增高。结论血液流变学与血瘀体表特征变化在肝损伤早期即有所表现,随着肝纤维化程度增加而加重,说明肝纤维化时血瘀是存在的。
OBJECTIVE To study the changes of biological superficial signs of blood stsia and hemorheology in hepatic fibrosis rats,so as to explore the relationship between hepatic fibrosis and blood stasis.METHOD Hepatic fibrosis model was made by CCl4.Blood viseosity,plasma viseosity,biological superficial signs,HYP,GPT,GOT were investigated(2 weeks,4 weeks,7 weeks).RESULT Blood viseosity,biological superficial signs were gradually increased in model group,while the plasma viseosity was increased in 2 and 4 weeks,but dropped in 7 weeks.CONCLUSION Changes of hemorheology and biological superficial signs of blood stasis can be observed in early time of hepatic fibrosis.It showed that blood stasis existed in hepatic fibrosis.
