摘要
农村地区的经济发展使得农村道路交通安全的主要矛盾发生转变,这要求相关职能部门加强对农村道路安全的管制。采取提高驾驶员的安全意识、改善"车"、"路"等硬件条件等措施,可以有效整治农村地区的道路安全问题。
Economic development makes changes about the main contradiction in traffic safety in rural which requires related departments to strengthen the control of road safety. It can effectively regulate the safety in rural areas in the way of improving drivers＇ safety awareness and the hardware such as road and cars .
