摘要
在分析水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝产生机理的基础上,总结影响裂缝产生的因素。结合永武高速公路的建设,分析水泥稳定碎石基层在建设期出现裂缝的原因,并运用有限元等软件分析荷载引起路面破坏的变化趋势,计算结果表明当水泥稳定碎石未达到设计强度时,荷载对结构层的破坏远大于达到设计强度后的破坏。最后结合施工现场,从原材料、施工现场控制和施工组织等方面提出有效的控制措施。
Based on the analysis of cement stabilized macadam base's cracks appearance mechanism, the influential factors are summarized. Yongwu Expressway construction is applied to analyze the causes of the cracks, and finite element method is used to analyze the impact of load. The result shows the destruction of the layer which doesn't reach designed intensity is worse than the layer which does. In the end, effective controlling measures of original material, on-site control and construction organization are given.
