摘要
目的观察加味当归补血汤浓缩丸对环磷酰胺化疗肿瘤的减毒增效作用。方法裸鼠皮下接种S180肉瘤,环磷酰胺腹腔注射给药,合用加味当归补血汤浓缩丸高、中、低剂量,给药10d后观察裸鼠红细胞数、红细胞压积、瘤重、瘤系数等。结果环磷酰胺能明显降低裸鼠肉瘤重量和肉瘤系数,显著减少裸鼠脾脏系数、红细胞数和红细胞压积,加味当归补血汤浓缩丸与其合用后可进一步降低荷瘤裸鼠肉瘤重量和肉瘤系数,增大脾脏系数,明显增加红细胞数和红细胞压积。病理检查显示,加味当归补血汤浓缩丸与环磷酰胺合用后可显著促进瘤细胞坏死,降低瘤细胞密度,减少瘤细胞数。结论加味当归补血汤浓缩丸对环磷酰胺化疗肿瘤有明显减毒增效作用。
Objective To observe the reducing toxicity and increasing effect of modified Danguibuxuetang concentrated pills （ MD- CP） on S180 tumor model in BALB/c - nu/nu treated with CTX. Methods S180 cell was implanted into BALB/c - nu/nu and CTX combined with ig MDCP. The number of red blood cell, hematocrit, tumor weight, tumor factor were observed after medicating lOd. Results MDCP combined with CTX could further reduce the tumor weight and tumor factor, increase the number of red blood cell and hematocrit in BALB/c - nu/nu tumor model. Pathological examination revealed MDCP combined with CTX could further promote the tumor cell necrosis, reduce the number of tumor cells. Conclusion MDCP can reduce the toxicity of CTX and increase the effect of CTX.
