摘要
目的研究生当归、当归头、当归身、当归尾的水提取液体外对羟自由基(.OH)和氧自由基(O2-.)的清除作用。方法应用分光光度法测定不同当归水提液对Fenton反应产生的羟自由基(.OH)和邻苯三酚自氧化产生的氧自由基(O2-.)的清除能力。结果当归不同部位水提液在受试浓度范围内对羟自由基和氧自由基有明显的抑制作用,随当归及其不同部位水提液浓度的增加,抑制率明显升高,呈明显的量效关系,对羟自由基的清除能力依次为生当归>当归身≈当归头>当归尾,对氧自由基的清除能力依次为当归身≈生当归>当归头>当归尾。结论当归不同部位水提液体外均具有较好的清除自由基的作用,不同药用部位在清除氧自由基和羟自由基能力上表现不同。
Objective To study the effect of water extracts of different parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on hydroxyl radicals and oxygen free radicals.Methods The inhibition rate of water extracts of different processed products of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on free radical in vitro were detected by spectrophotometry.Results The results showed that water extracts from different parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis in vitro had significant scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical.Furthermore,the extracts exhibited a significant concentration-dependent elimination.Conclusion The water extracts from different parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis have significant antioxidative actions in vitro.There exist significant differences among these different parts of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on scavenging hydroxyl radical and oxygen free radical.
