本文介绍国内一项高风险工程"绿色-节能-安全"UPS的"系统集成-无故障运行"14年的经验。回顾14年来中国UPS市场上的高技术研发与商家误导之间的曲折博弈。
In this paper, we introduce the 14-year experience of a high-risk project in China called ＂Green, Energy-saving, and Safe＂ UPS＇s ＂System Integration and Trouble-free Operation＂. Additionally, we retrospect the tortuous game between high-tech R＆D and business＇s misleading in UPS market.
