摘要
本文简要分析了西部大开发与西部对外传播两者间的辩证关系,并以此为基础,从经济与社会的发展、教育水平的提高、历史与当下的必然等三个方面指出了西部对外传播在西部大开发视野下所面临的机遇。同时,从西部对外传播仍受限于经济发展水平和传播主体的主观意识缺失,以及外来文化的冲击与渗透等方面,论述了西部大开发视野下西部对外传播所面临的挑战。
This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between the Western Development and external communication in western area.And on this basis,the paper points out the opportunities that the external communication has along with the Western Development from three aspects as economic and social development,improvement of educational level,its history and ongoing trend.Meanwhile,the author discusses the challenges that the external communication by China West confronts as it is still limited by the level of economic development and lack of subjective awareness,as well as the impact and penetration of foreign culture.
