难选铅锌硫矿无毒高效选矿药剂试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对湖南宝山难选铅锌硫复杂多金属矿选矿生产中长期使用氰化钠的现状,进行了无毒高效铅锌硫选矿试验研究。通过探索不同选矿工艺方案及大量的铅锌硫选别环保型高效组合药剂,确定了铅优先浮选、锌硫混合浮选、铅中矿再磨再选工艺,铅浮选粗选采用硫化钠、碳酸钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠组合环保型抑制剂,铅精选分别采用碳酸钠、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠以及硫酸锌、YC两种环保型抑制剂组合,实现铅锌硫选别取消使用氰化钠的目标,获得铅、银回收率比生产大幅度提高的良好选矿指标。 In order to solve Hunan Baoshan complex lead-zinc-sulphur ore production state of the use of sodium cyanide long time, we had made a mineral process technology of non-toxic and higher efficiency research.It had pass through to explore diffrent mineral process circuit and a lots of higher efficiency combine prescription, had finded a flowsheet of sub-flotation of lead, zinc and sulfur mixed-flotation and lead middle product re-grinding and re-election, lead roughing had used of sodium carbonate, zinc sulfate, sodium sulphurous, lesd concentration had used of sodium carbonate, zinc sulfate, sodium sulphurous and zinc sulfate YC combination of two kinds of environment-friendly inhibitor, to abolish of the use of sodium cyanide, to obtain lead, silver recovery higher extent increase.
